I am a newbie for Dynamic CRM system. We currently export the data to a dynamic xlsb file from the Dynamic CRM system. However, the users are using excel 2003. I wonder what's the best way to automating the data in xls ready for users please? Or do we have to converting the dynamic xlsb manually to xls please?
