I am looking at using Dynamics CRM 2011, and have a trial setup in a 'lab' environment.
I would like to add a field to our staff to store values for rewards memberships (I.E. Airline rewards membership numbers, hotel rewards membership number etc) so when our admin staff book flights/hotels etc for travelling sales staff, they have any relevant information for our staff members handy.
As some staff mebers have rewards memberships for multiple hotel chains/airlines, I would like some advice on how to add this field to our staff/user screen.
