We recently ran into an issue where SharePoint folder creation was not happening according to our requirements. We have a hierarchy where all related entities to account should create folder under account when a document is added to related entity.
Ex. We have a entity called "Application"which is related to account. Whenever we add a document to application , the folder was getting created under account. But we have recently added another relationship from application to account and this has broken the folder creation process. Now if i add a document to application it is creating a folder in application instead of account.
Result is :
An entity with single relationship with account creates SP folder under account
An entity with multiple relationship with account will create SP folder under its own entity.
My question here is can we change the behavior to create folders under accounts when we have multiple relationships with account.
