Cannot publish contact entity

Hi, i am using CRM 4.00.

I have a testing and production environment and in testing all is working where as in production i get an error "an error has occured. please try this action again".

i have compared all fields to testing and all is the same, but still production won't let me publish this entity.

Please advice as i am lost in this for the past 2 weeks..
