Security Roles > Individual Access to CONTRACTS

Hello,

I have a situation where someone has the same Security Roles as someone else, but yet, they do not have access to the same functionality.  The user should be able to view the Contracts section in CRM, but cannot.  When another user logs in with the same Security Role, they are able to do everything as normal.  I have also tried stripping away all the roles of the user, and have also given them Admininstrator Role, but they still cannot see the Contracts button.


Does anyone know what might be going wrong? Or shed some light! I can't seem to understand what the problem could be....
