I set up all parameters as indicated into the link above but when i try to send email to email address indicated into th queue, nothing happend.
I'm using crm online and Outlook pluging connected to my organization.
Synchronization between CRM and Outlook works (all emails and activities are automatically synchronized)
Please, could someone help me to figure out this problem ?
