Hello,
A colleague tried to setup a connection between 2 contacts (Role: Former/New contact details).
When we go to Contact --> Connect --> To Another:
We end up on the New connection form.
When we try to use the "Name" lookup in the "Connect To" section we receive an error message.
The error is not explicit so I enable the trace and here's what we got:
No default view was found for object type 4216 and query type 4
Object Type 4216 = Social Activity
Query Type 4 = Quick Find View
I checked on that entity and indeed there's no quick find view defined. But I'm unable to define one.
Do you have an idea how to solve this issue?
Is it a known bug at microsoft?
We recently deployed CRM 2013 SP1 do you think it is a side effect?
