Hi, I have a requirement to send Audit data for couple of fields from various entities, through an email, in a workflow or any other means. Those Email recipant dont have access to CRM system.
Here are my constraints. 1) No Stored procedures, to make sure it works with future updates of CRM too
2) We cant provide access to those users to CRM system to view the main record, but we can give them to access only history :(
