Upgraded CRM 2011 for Outlook to CRM 2013 for Outlook - CRM tab options greyed out

We have upgraded MS CRM from 2011 to 2013.  Access via IE works fine.  When upgrading the CRM 2011 client for Outlook to the CRM 2013 client for Outlook none of the CRM features work they are all greyed out.  When clicking on the organization tab in the Outlook tree an error message appears.  "The set of folders cannot be opened.  To use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Outlook you must upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics 2013....etc"  It appears the Outlook Client still thinks CRM is on 2011.  This is not happening for all Outlook Clients in the organization, some that were upgraded work fine.  Tried a complete un-install and re-install.  Problem still exists.  Any help would be appreciated.
