Hi there, CRM 2013 Server edition and this situation:
I want import products from csv to orders in CRM. Some of these orders exist, some of them not so CRM should be able to loopuk for existing ones or create new orders. And also it should check if newly imported products are updates of already existing ones (combination of order number & line item, these are specified in import).
My intention was to import them in some custom entity and via workflow on its create try to make lookup for existing order with same ID as is specified in import. When it failes, create new order and pair it subsequently.
But after that I need to check if this "lookuped order" already contains same product (with same line item number) and accordingly update it/delete it/or create new product in order. And I am afraid, that it is not posible to do it by workflow. I have some experiences with mapping and js, but I do not see any simple solution. What do you recomend?
