I have an on premise CRM 2013 installed and I'm using Server-Side Synchronization to sync e-mail between CRM and Exchange. However, users are experiencing a slow reaction on tracking emails in Outlook. When the track button is pushed, or the Set Regarding has found a record, the message "This email is not tracked in CRM" is shown. When navigating away from the e-mail message in Outlook it asks you if you want to save the changes made to the message. The message is only tracked when you save the changes and after about 15 minutes.
Has anyone experienced this as well? I can't seem to find a resolution for this.
