I want all users to see the 'Account' view when looking at Accounts. many users complain and raise issues because when they open Accounts it is in the 'Account Information' view.
Personally I have only needed to change it to 'Account' view once and never again. However many end users complain it reverts back to 'Account Information' view. This means they fill in the 'Address 1 Name' which of course then doesn't pull into the composite address nor the quick contact - anyway all in all this cause me a big headache. How can I force Accounts to open in the 'Account' view and not in 'Account Information' view.
