CRM 2011 block Import data for selected entities

Hi All,

I need to stop/block users from importing data into Accounts (just say this entity), users should still able to create/update Accounts normally by using new/save buttons, but just need to stop importing certain entities like Accounts, and can still able to import other entities, what is the best solution for this?
