CRMAF and joins to non CRM databases

Hello,

I have an SSRS report that uses the CRMAF_Account filtering alias.  I used it in a stored procedure, and are accessing data within the query from other databases.  When I run the report within CRM, it does not display any orders for the account.  I have verified there are orders available for the account in question.  I am joining the CRMAF_account to my query using a customer field (ID field).  I have included the ACCOUNTID and this custom field in my query.  Can anyone push me in the right direction?
