Folks
we are using CRM online 2013 .
we basically have a helpdesk email incoming queue which converts incoming emails into cases.
This setup was working fine and without changing anything , it just stopped by itself .
when I open up the queue and try open mailbox ; it opens ; trying to initiate a test ; it says that a test is scheduled
but it never initiates it .
same issue with other mailboxes ; it doesn't even initiate the test ; keeps saying that test was scheduled.
trying to send out an email using my own account ( which was working before ) ; and that also did nothing .
I am totally stuck .. we are using office365 exchange servers and server side syncing as our method...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
