Notice of CRM Online Patches/Rollups

We are piloting CRM Online within the orgaisation and have some basic questions:

1. Earlier in the year MS applied Rollup 12 to CRM Online and our IE7 clients started to have problems. How should we be made aware of when these patches are going to be applied so that we could have made preparations? Somehow we missed any notifications.

2. What sort of lead time do they normally give you to be able to make these changes?

3. When is Rollup 13 likely to be applied and how can we be sure we have made appropriate preparations?

Obviously if we cannot respond in time we may need to look at On Premise so that we can manage these patches ourselves.
