I am receiving this error when I try to add a product to an Order or Quote. When opening the Order Product form and clicking the Search Icon I get the lookup  Products in Parent Price list. If I search for a product it find it and I select it. The product is added to the Order Product form. When I go to select the unit I get an error. If I click on the Product name from the Order Product form the add new product form opens instead of the product form with all the products details. If I do not use the search functionality and just select the product from the Lookup view in  Products in Parent Price list I do not have any issues.

I have contact lookup on my form. When click on '+New' and created a contact record this lookup onchange event is not firing.

I have added a java script function on the form UI, OnChnage event of the lookup.

We have a customer that buy machines in different countries and in different currencies. The problem is that this not seems to be supported in CRM 2016. I don't want to add the purchase price on the product as a fixed price due to the fluctuation of currencies, instead i want to add it in the price i bought it in (Euro) and the use the Currency table to calculate the selling amount that's in swedish kronor.

Have anyone a good idea how to solve this the easiest and best way.

We recently tried the Fantasy Sales Team preview within our organisation on one of the CRM instances within our organisations CRM tenant.

We had a sandbox instance set up specifically for testing FST and in this set up a game with users in our organisation.

After testing it we were very happy with the tool and were keen to now get this into our production environment so we can actually start using this as part of our day to day work.

It was one of my colleagues who set the game up in the sandbox environment so they were a Game Commissioner for that instance - however in the live instance which we want to use for commercial purposes the roles which were previously set in the sandbox are different.

There was no issues modifying anyone else roles (that have featured in the previous game in the sandbox environment ) however for my colleague who set up the game for some reason here role is locked down and I cannot modify the role so that she will be a Player in the new game in the production environment.

I tried to sort this issue myself however couldn't find anything that would resolve the issue - I noticed on the forums people have said to completely remove the solutions/user etc then trying again, however this seemed to bring back a mixed response.

So my question is - is there an easy way to remove this single user to then re-import and have the ability to update role - or has this been locked down due to the fact that she initially installed FST for our organisation?

I wanted to explore possibilities before potentially asking to have our organisation completely removed from your database so that we can then begin a completely fresh install and go through the entire process - as I noticed a few people have done down that route after having tried the others.

Any advice/help you can provide for this would be much appreciated.

Are you able to send a group email from a view list? For example we have an active applicant area built in to CRM Dynamics online, when we have searched and filtered all applicants for a vacancy how can we email all of these applicants in one go with for example a job description or application form?

Can we add an option to the top of the page alongside the options New, Delete, Export to Excel etc?

I have recently made a change to a users mailbox configuration, changing Appointment, Contacts, and Tasks selection from "None" to "Server-Side Sync." The user has discovered they are missing contact records from the exchange server.. This was an unattended consequence, as I was just trying to sync the Appointments, not the contacts.. How can I retrieve the missing contacts and get them back into their exchange?

Currently Im using JScript to customization the lookup value by filter today date. 

I able to view the lookup value and select it, but after I save the record and I cannot see any value in the textbox. When I click on the Lookup Icon, I able to see my value has been selected within the lookup list.

May I know why I cannot see any values in the textbox fields? Please advice.

I have at least one user who started getting problem (Outlook crashes/freezes) attaching files in outlook, since CRM plugin was installed. If he disables the plugin, it starts working fine. Is this a known issue? Hope there is a fix for that.

Why i am not able to see CRM custom entities in outlook

Just migrated from 2013 through 2015 to 2016 and now my reports are blank for internal URLs.  They display fine in the external IFD URL for the same user.  Reporting extensions are installed on the report server.   No events logged on either CRM or report server.  No other problems seem to exist with the internal URL.  Using IE11.  Internal URL is in the Local Intranet settings.

I want to specify this field in web api using the alternate key (have define emailaddress1 as alternate key on account).
